Welcome to my website. This agreement sets out the terms and conditions in relation to you requesting information or services that are advertised on my website.

Online & in-person counselling services

Online sessions are held via voice and video calls (Skype) while in-person sessions take place in an office. Each counselling session duration is 50 minutes.

 

Bookings

Payment for your session will be taken prior to the start of counselling session by online payment method or by bank transfer at least 24 hours before the counselling session.

 

Fees

First consultation is free and lasts 30 minutes. Ongoing sessions last 50 minutes and cost €80 per session. The fees for package of 5 sessions is €380 and for package of 10 sessions is €720.

 

Cancellation

The minimum notice period required for cancelling, changing or postponing an appointment is 24 hours. Appointment that is not cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours’ notice or being late to session more than 15 minutes will be charged according to the price list.

 

Claim

You have the right to make a claim up to 14 days from the end of the online or in-person counselling service. The claim should be made in writing and sent to the email address: contact@stherapy.eu. Claims without written justification will not be considered.
